Primesoft Pte. Ltd. is currently in the development stage for our products, such as the Door Guard app. No purchases or sales are available yet. Once products are released, the following refund policy will apply:

Digital Products: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for faulty or non-functional digital goods (e.g., software downloads or subscriptions). Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Exclusions: No refunds for custom software, beta access, or if the issue arises from user error, device incompatibility, or misuse. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly; cancel anytime to avoid future charges—no partial refunds.
