By accessing or using primesoft.com.sg (the "Site") or our software products (e.g., Door Guard app, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Primesoft Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," or "us"), a Singapore-registered company (UEN:202537341C).
1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or Services. By using them, you confirm you meet this requirement.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check periodically for updates.
2. Description of Services

The Services include digital software downloads/subscriptions (e.g., Door Guard app for home security via local processing on your device).

Sales channels: Direct via Site (e.g., Stripe payments) or app stores (App Store/Google Play).

Products are in development stage; features may change. No guarantees on availability or performance.
3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.

Restrictions: No reverse engineering, copying, modifying, or distributing the software without permission. For app store purchases, additional platform terms apply.
4. User Accounts and Subscriptions

To subscribe, create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for account security and activity.

Subscriptions: Monthly auto-renewal (e.g., SGD 4.99). Cancel anytime via account settings or app store. No refunds after billing cycle starts, except as per Refund Policy.

Payments: Processed securely via Stripe (Site) or app stores. You authorize recurring charges.
5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the Site/Services are owned by us or licensors, protected by Singapore copyright/trademark laws.

You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to process it as needed for Services (per Privacy Policy).
6. User Conduct

Use Services lawfully; no harmful actions (e.g., viruses, spam, unauthorized access).

For Door Guard: Use for personal home security only; avoid public areas to prevent privacy issues (as per DPIA).
7. Data Protection

We handle personal data per our Privacy Policy (linked), compliant with PDPA. Contact our DPO at info@primesoft.com.sg for queries.
8. Disclaimers and Warranties

Services provided "AS IS" without warranties. No guarantees on accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose, especially in dev stage.

We disclaim liability for app store issues or third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the last 12 months (or SGD 100 if free).

No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., data loss, business interruption).
10. Indemnification

You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of Services or breach of Terms.
11. Termination

We may terminate/suspend access for breaches without notice.

On termination, cease use; subscriptions end, no refunds for partial periods.
12. Governing Law and Disputes

Governed by Singapore law. Disputes resolved in Singapore courts.

Force Majeure: No liability for events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters).
