Primesoft Pte. Ltd. provides digital products only, including the Door Guard app for home security. No physical shipping applies.

App Store and Google Play Purchases: Delivery is instant via in-app download upon successful subscription (e.g., monthly SGD 4.99 via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing). Access is granted immediately after purchase confirmation.
Website Purchases (primesoft.com.sg): Delivery is instant via email or a secure download link sent to your registered email after subscription payment (e.g., monthly SGD 4.99 via Stripe). Ensure your email is correct at checkout.

For any issues with digital delivery, contact support at info@primesoft.com.sg within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are available within 14 days per our Refund Policy, subject to applicable terms.
