Refund Policy
Effective Date: 03 April 2026
Primesoft Pte. Ltd. sells CyberShieldAI through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. All purchases and refunds are processed by Paddle.
Global Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Paddle may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds if a request is submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly or yearly billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period.

Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, or any other applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Where local laws provide stronger rights, those rights will apply.
